Mark Steyn is so funny. And he does have kind of a point with the AP’s double standard.
As for the copyright infringement case, good luck with that, lady. She might have a shot with the one posed with her on the boat if she can convince a judge/jury that some kind of aesthetic judgment went into it, but the others are just snapshots which generally aren’t given protection because they (supposedly) don’t meet the “modicum of creativity” standard.
I think she’d be much better off embracing her new found fame, milking a few mil out of it, and then disappearing.
