Too Easy

Today was gorgeous out! Once I was at Vic’s choice cache, I decided to hoof it down to this one. More and more I hike between caches like these. It reminds me of caching in the beginning and I can always use the exercise. By the time I arrived at GZ, only a half mile I think, I had worked up perspiration. It was warm today.
The signal bounced down here. I poked around, looked here, looked there. There has been a burn in the area fairly recently. It smelled wonderful. Ahhhh . . .
Nothing was looking too promising, so I dug out the PDA to read up on this one. It had been found recently. I poked a little more. There it was. It was totally exposed, but it does just kind of blended in. Nothing tricky about it, but nothing obvious either.
I am not certain what is going on with the area. The power lines seem to have been replaced with new poles. Lots of material still lies on the ground. Much of the area is roped off, but I would have been able to park 15 feet away from this one.
There was a glare of what appeared to be two headlights from the west the entire time I was there. I figured they must not be headlights as they never moved. More likely the sun reflected off a guardrail or something.
Jerry and David were jamming heavily at this point to the B.B. King standard, The Thrill Is Gone:
The thrill is gone
It’s gone away for good
Oh, the thrill is gone baby
Baby its gone away for good
Someday I know I’ll be over it all baby
Just like I know a man should
