Star Wars

I am not a science fiction fan. It’s just not a genre that does much for me. Nevertheless, I saw Star Wars eventually in the theatre. It was 18 months after it had initially been released. I recall enjoying it.
Later I saw The Empire Strikes Back in Houston.
In 1983, I saw Return of the Jedi on opening night. Granted, I had to see it again as it was the night of our graduation party and only the driver remained . . . ummm . . . conscious.
I decided tonight to catch up and I am now watching The Phantom Menace. We’ll see if I can get through all these films.

It’s still on, but I am losing interest. Where did Samuel Jackson come from? Sigh . . .

The movie ended and I haven’t a clue as to what was going on. Once the young Darth Vader was freed from slavery, I lost interest, put the laptop on my lap and couldn’t tell you what happened after that scene.
I guess this series isn’t for me.

Try watching Episode III. You don’t miss much story, but get plenty of action.
