Last evening, Fred Thompson spoke at the Lincoln Club. The following is just a snippet of the talk. Here Thompson succinctly lays out the problem with not having an immigration plan and then we see a little about the issue of entitlements. Thompson is plain-spoken and does not provide spin. He is a breath of fresh air.

Alas, I was truly wrong. I believe Thompson would have been a good president. He, however, ran a horrible campaign.
