Another South Jersey Puzzle Cache Solved

I don’t know what the deal is with not approving this cache. This is nothing more than a podcache. I suppose this may have something to do with a former ELECTRICHEADX cache from a few years ago. Perhaps not.
The cache is very simple to solve. I was able to solve it on the second viewing. Granted, I did not need a GPS, but frankly, many South Jersey caches can be had sans GPS.

According to NotThePainter, Groundspeak policy now states all images must be hosted on their server for caches.
Oh my . . . here is another guideline that will be enforced differently depending on the whim of the approver.
And what does this have to do with caching?
Let’s see, when I tried to get my Take Me Out to the Ball Game (also listed here) cache approved by Mopar, Nate told me it was fine and dandy to host my images on my site. He stated all this defending Chris’s use of IP collections offsite. I wonder if they have a change in policy to approvers collecting IP addresses and posting them with people’s real names associated with it.
Anyhow, it appears that Groundspeak is just becoming bolder with its actions. It’s been three years since I posted an image to their site.
