Kerry takes great pride in being responsive to the contact emails. Perhaps years ago when I was running around doing everything the emails slipped by, but since then it has been pretty snappy.

This is alarming. This guy has his credit card company involved.
It is well known that Groundspeak does not respond well to e-mail. This has gone on for years and is still prevalent today. That Mr. Irish spins this otherwise appears to indicate he has no understanding of his company’s customer service inefficiency.
