Budget Meetings with the Governor
March 2nd, 2006 | Posted in » New Jersey
I made my reservation. Have you? Governor Corzine is hosting three public meetings ("Community Dialogues") to discuss the budget.
These events will be an opportunity to not only come and listen to various concerns about the multi-billion dollar budget crisis but to voice your thoughts on how we restructure New Jersey's future.
I will attend the one a week from now at Rowan University. It doesn’t sound like I’ll be able to live-blog the event, but I will be there to hold the governor to his pledge of “spending restraint”.
(Hat tip to Sharon @ The Center of NJ Life for bringing this to my attention.)
