The Luthern Home was the home Samuel Allen. Mr. Allen invented the flexible flyer here. He tested it on the hill (Stokes Hill) across the street. Later Eldridge Johnson purchased this home. Mr. Johnson was the president of the Victor Talking Machine Company. This residence is known as The Castle.
