Hurricane Katrina Help

On Saturday, 29 October, a local elementary school sponsored a walkathon to raise money for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The youngsters formed a walking club to promote their fitness. This club then came up with the idea of the walkathon. In all, over $1300 was raised. Congratulations.
My wife, daughter, and I participated and had a splendid time.
