Penn Sinks Boat Trying to “Help”

For those who defend Sean Penn for at least trying to help, consider this . . .
The last thing that is needed in a disaster area are untrained people muddling things up. If every concerned American arrived on the scene to help, we would create far more problems than our help would alleviate.
Penn should be chastised for arriving on the scene. There is still a curfew, yes? There is a standing order to evacuate unless one has permission to be there. While I do not expect the actor to be ticketed (although that would not bother me), how about addressing his actions from a position of authority to slap down any further daredevil rescues by the misguided. If not, pretty soon other Hollywood wonks will be clamoring for attention.
