What was RDOnline?
April 2nd, 2005 | Posted in » Web Site
RDOnline was my personal site when I used dandy.net from 1998-01. This dedicated account connected to the ‘Net via a telephone line from my apartment. This site was the central repository of artwork for Neil Young live recordings during this time. I had to throttle the access as there were folks downloading the artwork 24/7 and this cut into my surfing speed.
This site also spawned the private CDR-Trades site which was used to seed trees on various lists. It was all very sophisticated for the time.
The following graphic was the style used for the RDOnline site.
