Living Will
April 1st, 2005 | Posted in » Bob
Given all that has happened recently with Terri Schiavo and Pope John Paul II, the following are my intentions.
Should I ever be in a position where I cannot actively communicate my intentions, I appoint my wife, Gert, as the sole person to make decisions on my behalf. Should my wife not be alive, conscious, or lucid to make decisions, I appoint my mother as my guardian and decision maker.
Should neither of the above available, then my daughter, my sister, my neice, nephews, etc. should be found. Under no circumstances do I desire any government to act on my behalf.
Signed by Bob this first day of April in the year two thousand five.
