Corner the Stone

For some reason, the two towns I hang in most of the time seem to be devoid of cornerstones or I am missing them. 
The two I spotted today were both hidden: this one behind a chain link fence, the other semi-obscured by the handicap ramp which was added on. I selected this one.
This is the school of St. Mary Magdalen church in Millville, NJ. The church is 140 years old and sans cornerstone. The school is 95 years old and has a cornerstone. Interesting.
