7 Mts. Patch Cache

This is the log I submitted for the 7 Mts. Patch Cache cache, which I found 22 August 2003 @ 3:20 PM.

Well, my little car struggled a bit up the mountain. Moose pulled over in the rest area and I followed. We realized there was a cache there. I had to dig out my hiking boots from the trunk. After a few minutes we were ready to go. Well, this winded us a bit. We got to the summit and took in the vista. Awesome! Just wonderful. There were two young couples up there. The one girl was in flip flops. The other in a dress and clogs. I don’t know how they traversed there in those outfits. Anyhow, we finally left the view to go get the cache. The container has been damaged, but things were in pretty good shape. There was some moisture in the logbook and the patches. I swapped out the Keystone Trails Association patch for a Geocaching.com patch.

Thanks for the fun. It was worth the trip from South Jersey.
