Who would have thought that it would be cold enough in summer to get me to buy socks? It was. We stopped off at a sporting goods store so I could keep warm. Dana and I drove here from Boston. This was the good period. I enjoyed Silver Stadium very much. It was spritzing as the show began, but what a glorious site. This show was the first Dead show that I felt looked like what I used to see all the time in Relix.
I am always a fan of He’s Gone and this one was nice. It was also nice hearing a new song that we all knew was being played.
The following day, Dana and I drove to Niagara Falls. What a beautiful place! Along Lake Ontario was gorgeous. I saw the perfect broken down barn. Fabulous!
