Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Neil Young & Crazy Horse
Stabler Arena, Lehigh University, Bethlehem, PA
18 September 1986
set 1: Mr. Soul, Cinnamon Girl, When You Dance I Can Really Love, Touch the Night, Bad News Beat, Down by the River, Too Lonely, Heart of Gold, Inca Queen, After the Goldrush, Drive Back, Opera Star, Road of Plenty, Cortez the Killer, Sample and Hold, Computer Age, Violent Side, Mideast Vacation, Long Walk Home, The Needle and the Damage Done, Hippie Dream, Powderfinger, Like a Hurricane, Hey Hey, My My, Prisoners of Rock ‘n’ Roll
‘Twas supposed to be the three of us, but someone bailed at the last minute. Big surprise. We were in the back bleechers, but head on. I was/am a big Neil fan. I had had two previous concerts I was supposed to have seen that fell through. So, this ended up being my first show, instead of the Shocking Pinks tour.
I seem to be about the only one who likes the Life album. This show was equally liked. The garage band theme was humorous. Down by the River was an obvoius hit. I really liked Prisoners too.

I obtained a copy of this show a few years ago. I always like hearing shows I attended.
Wow, I must be old. This show was 20 years ago. A lot has changed since I saw this show.
